Schoolyard Beginnings 🏫

Their love story begins, back in the days, when Ankit and Mansi were just high school students. Ankit, being Mansi’s best friend cousin, had quiet an interest when he stumbled upon Mansi’s pictures.

He was shy and didn’t have the courage to ask his sister about the girl, he saw in the photos.

So, what did he do?

He did what any lovesick teenager would do- He discreetly borrowed those pictures and kept them on the phone. 📱

Playing it cool 😎

With the school in common, Ankit decided to play it cool. He started spending time near the school, helping to catch the glimpse of Mansi. But it wasn’t easy as he thought, and he had to be patient for quite a few days.

The Lucky Day 🛵

And then, fate came in between.

Months later on one lucky day. Mansi arrived on a scooty with her cousin. Ankit couldn’t contain his excitement and called out, ‘Khushwinderrrrrrrrrrrrrrr’! Her cousin introduced Mansi to Ankit, and sparks began to fly in their love story. A Love story that goes beyond ages.

The Beginnings of Texting 💌

Ankit, the brave soul, decided to take things further, he asked her cousin if he could have her number and she gave. Voila!

This marked the start of their texting adventure. And they had a lot of friendly to romantic conversations as the time passes.

“Sabar ka fal meetha hota h” proved here. He waited outside the school for over a month just to catch a glimpse of her… and now he can talk to her whenever he wants. Thanks to the cousin!

A Special Date 📆

On 31^st of July, Ankit decided to confess his feelings. He went to school as he already knew Mansi will come there as a regular student.

Now what he did was-

He boldly declared, “I LOVE YOU” then and there in front of everyone.

But Mansi being Mansi, she was like, ‘What…! Ask me in person!’

And after that, he told her, ‘Let’s go on a date!’

They both went on a movie date and there he proposed her OFFICIALLY!

The Proposal 🍿

During their movie date, Ankit finally proposed, and their love story officially took a flight.

A Love story that goes beyond ages. One’s that packed with 11 years of Love, Friendship and Long-distance.

They first met in June 2010 in Pathankot and after that they both came to Chandigarh for their higher studies.

For the three years, they enjoyed the bliss of being in the same city, cherishing those moments and loving each other madly. Going for dates, long walks in garden, shopping together and what not! It was their happy time which they spent as one!

The Long-distance Struggle 🌍

But life had other plans. Ankit had to head to Dehradun for college, and that’s when the real test of their love story actually began.

For 3 to 4 years, they navigated the challenges of being in a long-distance relationship.

The Happy Ending 💍

Despite the distance, their love only grew stronger.

After 11 years of Love, Friendship and Long-distance, they took the plunge and decided to tie the knot. A heartwarming love story that goes beyond ages and stood the test of time.
